Shanel Liew, a born visionary leader, has emerged as a prominent figure in the real estate industry with almost two decades of experience as a highly accomplished real estate agent. Since beginning her journey at the age of 23, she has consistently ranked among the top agents in her cohort, earning prestigious accolades such as the SEAA Diamond Salesperson Award, Propnex Top 10 Achievers, Champion Exclusive Lister, and Champion Private Property Transactor Award.
Liew's unique forte lies in cold market expansion, a skill that sets her apart from others in the field. As she sits in her luxurious 43rd-floor apartment, overlooking the breathtaking sea, her warm demeanor and genuine passion for people become evident. It is no wonder she has achieved such remarkable success, particularly in building relationships with clients who have no prior connections. Driven by her natural talent and love for helping others, Liew realized that she wanted to do more for society and the people in her life, beyond reaping the benefits of her own hard work. This led her to establish Shanel Liew Division (SLD), which has now grown into a team of 120 professionals at PropNex Realty. SLD offers specially curated programs by Shanel herself, aiming to create a legacy of agents who find happiness and financial stability for themselves and their families while helping clients build their net worth through asset programs. Liew is financially self-sufficient and selflessly pledges her overrides from her team sales back to the division.

One of the key aspects of SLD is its focus on helping agents of all experience levels overcome challenges in their careers. Liew vividly remembers her own early struggles as a young agent and the lack of mentorship and guidance available to her. Identifying this gap, she developed hands-on training programs to address the specific needs of agents in the field. SLD offers five uniquely curated courses throughout the year, each designed to tackle different challenges and equip agents with practical knowledge and skills for success. For example, the Real Estate Active Prospecting (REAP) program, conducted over seven weeks, provides newcomers with a comprehensive understanding of the business, including budgeting, client service, and mentorship.
The invaluable experience and documented knowledge accumulated over the years by Liew serve as a "cheat sheet" accessible to all agents under SLD. She actively dedicates three days a week to conducting programs and mentoring her agents, emphasiSing the importance of their positive experience. As a testament to her leadership, SLD boasts an impressive 95% agent retention rate, indicating the effectiveness of her programs.
Incentivising participation and motivating agents to excel, Liew introduced cash incentives and rewards for program participants. She even sponsored an all-expenses-paid trip to Japan for the winners of her program, showcasing the potential rewards of hard work and success.
